Ordering and Payment Orders can be placed via our website, email, or phone. Payment must be received in full prior to shipping. We accept payment by credit card, wire transfer or other arrangements. Prices are subject to change without notice.

Shipping and Delivery Shipping and handling charges will be added to each order and are based on the weight and dimensions of the steel products. We will do our best to deliver products in a timely manner, but we cannot guarantee delivery dates. Risk of loss or damage to products passes to the customer upon delivery to the carrier.

Returns and Refunds We have a strict no return policy. We do not accept any returns or exchanges for any orders, except for defective items. In the event of receiving a defective item, you must notify us within 3 days of receipt and we will arrange for a replacement or refund.

Warranty All of our products are covered under manufacturer's warranty. Any claims for warranty should be directed to the manufacturer.

Limitation of Liability In no event shall we be liable for any damages whatsoever, including but not limited to any direct, indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages, arising out of or in connection with the use or inability to use our products or services.

Governing Law The TOS and your use of our services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the India, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law.
