Exchange Policy : If you need to exchange an item for a different size or color, please contact us within 14 days of receipt to request an exchange. We will provide a prepaid return label and send the new item to you as soon as we receive the returned item.

Custom Orders : For custom orders, we may not able to offer refund or exchange due to the nature of the product, But we will work with you to make sure you are satisfied with the product.

Cancellation Policy : We understand that sometimes things change, if you need to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. If your order has not been shipped yet, we will process the cancellation and issue a refund. If your order has been shipped, we will process the refund after the item is returned.

Custom or special orders: If the steel business sell custom or special order products, the policy should explain if and how these products are eligible for returns or exchanges, as they may have different rules.
